(38024-T) was incorporated in the year 1978 and has established via a joint venture with BASF as one of the top textile auxiliaries company in Malaysia specializing in textile chemicals and hygiene. In 2025, Chemdyes partnering with Textilcolor AG, a Swiss company, to explore textile dyes and auxiliaries in Asia and begin local production of textile auxiliaries at Chemdyes plant to strengthen the local and regional market, based on Swiss know-how.
